Your struggles are not random. They are signals that, when answered, can lead you toward a thriving life. Josh McDowell and Ben Bennett encourage you to join in community with others and start your journey of healing.

The Free to Thrive Study Guide (for use with the Free to Thrive Video Study) is meant for use in a group setting such as a Bible study, church staff training, Sunday school class, or small group gathering.

Each of the eleven sessions present biblical teaching, neuroscientific research, time-tested principles, and encouraging stories of people who faced similar hurts and found healing. Together with your group, you will learn how to overcome past hurts, trauma, and unwanted behaviors by engaging your unmet longings.

You are not alone. No matter what your struggles may be, it is possible to experience a thriving life of spiritual, emotional, and relational wholeness–the kind you were made for.

While not required, it is recommended each participant have a copy of the Free to Thrive book as it will provide deeper insights and make the journey more meaningful. Additional Study Guides can be ordered here.
